|ANAHEIM, Calif. – The Anaheim Ducks announced today that the National Hockey League (NHL) club will open its 2012-13 Training Camp on Sunday, Jan. 13 at Honda Center before shifting to THE RINKS-Anaheim ICE Monday through Wednesday. All of the club’s currently scheduled practices will be open to the public and free of charge.
The Ducks’ first on-ice session will be held this Sunday at Honda Center beginning at 11:15 a.m. Parking will be free at Honda Center and the Team Store will be open. Following Sunday’s opener, the club will move camp to Anaheim ICE for the remainder of the week, with on-ice sessions scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. each day from Monday through Wednesday. The rest of the club’s practice schedule is to-be-announced.
Also, the Ducks will be offering free hot dogs and sodas to fans in attendance at Sunday’s practice.
THE RINKS-Anaheim ICE presented by Honda is located at 300 West Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim (one mile east of the 5 freeway off the Lincoln Ave. exit). Parking is available in two separate structures adjacent to the facility.
